it is hereby proclaimed by the membership of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 65, which was founded on the tenth day of April 1898, the Division shall heretofore be known as the Joseph E. Montgomery Division. This Proclamation is in recognition of a lifetime of selfless dedication and sacrifice.
